I was charged with failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign. I drive tractor trailer and the 3 points and a at fault accident would have looked bad on my Cvor. The cop didn’t see my way even tho I explained what happen and charged me for the other who guy ran off the road. I called explained what happened and long story short $0 fine and 0 points . So if your facing some bogus ticket you don’t agree with, stop reading this review and give them a call, you will be glad you did. 6stars all day long!!!

Mr. Mafrici is an exceptional attorney at dealing with NY State traffic law. I would highly recommend that someone hire him rather than dealing with the issue on their own. The communication with his office was very prompt. If there was a way to give ten stars on this review I would.

Easy breezy. I never met with Mr. Mafrici. I never went to court. I paid my fee, exchanged a few emails, and had my ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. It was so easy that I had a hard time believing that it was real for a few weeks… Then I got my letter from the court from Mr. Mafrici…. Super easy and all done. Thank your Mafrici Law Office!

Single best law office within at least 100 miles of Syracuse. They respond promptly, lawyers know how to take care of you, and you are kept in the loop along the way. To other firms you may just be a client, but to the Mafrici Law Office, you are family. They will take care of you, they took care of me and I can personally assure you that. Trusting someone you don’t know is hard, but trusting Tom is the best decision you can ever make!

Mr. Mafrici and his office provided excellent service and I can’t recommend them enough. Excellent communication, including over the weekend. My case was dismissed and Mr. Mafrici reassured me along the way that I should not worry and that it would be taken care of. I highly recommend contacting them.

My charges were significantly reduced so that I avoided getting points on my license!

Other highlights: Tom always responded quickly to emails.  The process was overall very easy. I had to print, sign, and fax documents a few times but everything I had to do was clear.

I would highly recommend this office’s services.

Mr. Mafrici is absolutely amazing! I was pulled over for driving 73 MPH in a 45 MPH zone near the Lewiston bridge highway border. The penalty for this is 6 demerit points if charged as guilty. He managed to reduce the fee to a simple $150 parking violation, which is unbelievable. It was very easy working with him – just simply pay him the fixed cost and he takes care of everything. No need to ever step into court and deal with anything. Thank you very much Mr. Mafrici!

I was caught on radar by NY State Trooper doing 79MPH in a 55MPH Zone and tailgating. Both violations together added up to 10 POINTS in my drivers license if found guilty, could have been bundled together for a misdemeanor charge and would have cost me over $6,000 in additional car insurance premiums over 4 years.

Thomas Mafrici got both violations DISMISSED and I only paid a $600 fine to the City of Binghamton. His modest legal fee was less than 4% of what these tickets would have cost me in additional insurance premiums – he saved me almost $6,000. THERE IS NO BETTER LAWYER IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS. If you need a traffic lawyer call NY TICKET FIXER ASAP.

I first met Tom as a silly kid when I was 17 over 8 years ago when I got a ticket going 63 in a 45 he had it reduced to a non-moving violation. Since then I keep showing up here and there and his staff is always very polite and Tom gets the job done with a smile always meeting or exceeding the expectations he sets for his clients.

I received a ticket in Monroe County, NY going 63 in a 40, and was recommended to Mr. Mafrici. They responded very quickly, and talked me through the entire process of what could be reasonably expected. They were extremely professional and acted in a timely manner. They were ultimately able to get the speeding ticket reduced to a non-moving violation (unattended motor vehicle). This saved me from a potential 6 points on my license, as well as an increased insurance premium. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring their service, and would like to express my gratitude for their amazing work.

I got a ticket for going 92 in a 65 zone, and i already had 2 points on my license from a previous ticket so i really couldn’t afford to get any more. Mr. Mafirci was able to get it changed to a non-moving violation which doesn’t give me any points! The whole process was extremely easy and hassle free, and his rate was very affordable. Mr Mafrici was excellent. His communcation in what he needed was fantastic, his follow up was great, the result was outstanding, and the cost was very reasonable.

I would never look elsewhere if I had a traffic ticket problem in NY state again, and would recommend him to ANYONE looking for help here.

This was the best money I ever spent for a ticket i shouldn’t have received, and guess what, NO CHARGES, none.

Wow Wow Wow. I am from Canada and got caught inside of a speed trap while visiting Buffalo and was given a 20 over ticket that would have been hefty fine and 6 demerit points. When searching for traffic ticket lawyers on the internet, this firm stuck out to me mainly because of the logo. I got a speeding ticket, the court gave no reduction, with points on my license. I hired Tom Mafrici and the ticket was DISMISSED. No points on my license, i did not have to pay anything. I am extremely relieved and if i got into another bind, i would 100% use him again and 100% recommend him to anyone i know!
